A very cold Sunday afternoon saw a crowd gather @ The LAN Mine Wodonga for our first Guitar Hero comp. Brad, Sam, Tom and Kitty went head to head in Pro Mode for the chance to win fiddy bucks. Our best of 5 comp saw Brad take out Tom in the first playoff and Kitty outgun Sam in the second. A very nail bitting final saw Brad beat Kitty to take home the cash in one of the closest matches I have ever seen. While Brad did win 3 songs in a row all the songs saw the leader change many times.... a good time was had by all and we will definitely be cracking out some more comps of this type soon. The first comp to get the Victorian school holidays event list off to a start was the GUNGAME comp, help today between 2-5pm. Eight players turned out for the occasion, with some good rivalry and dare I say it cockiness between the players. After annoying some internet players by closing the server down for 3 hours, the action began, with Protonz taking the early lead, winning the first 2 rounds. Ox staged a slight comeback winning the next 2 rounds before Zen further cemented his place in the lead with a streak of wins. Late comer Proximity put in a fair show after turning up half way through and managing to win 2 rounds, earning himself 3rd place. FINAL RESULTS | | Protonz | 7 | | Ox | 3 | | Proximity | 2 |

Prove your skills at either of our Albury or Wodonga shops by joining the Stats Server in the LAN tab of the CSS server browser and show everyone what you're made of.
